Other Info: Married for 32 years, I have 3 adult children, & 3 fur babies, was a stay at home mom, was an accountant/tax professional, & NOW I help women in peri-menopause and beyond get the energy and the vitality they want, need, and deserve in the best half of Life!
I provide hormone balancing exercise & lifestyle support designed exclusively for women in midlife (near and beyond 45) and their unique hormones, body composition, metabolism... using only research and science backed plans.
